• Rewriting Storefront's CSS in Tailwind: What It Saves, and What a Trim Saves Instead

  Rewriting WooCommerce Storefront's catalogue CSS in Tailwind cut the CSS a first-time visitor downloads by 77–83%, from about 44–48 KB to 8–11 KB compressed. A much cheaper tool that removes unused rules cut it by 65–68%, to 15 KB, and works without Flx at all.

• What a Rebuild Saves on an Elementor WooCommerce Store: A Lab Test

  A simple rewrite cut largest contentful paint (LCP) by 3.1–3.8 s on a saved Elementor WooCommerce demo, but advanced cache plugin techniques came within 0.25 s of it. So in this lab test, slow loading alone did not justify a rebuild.
